Inventory Planning for Electronics Resellers
How to think about order cadence, lot diversity, and cash flow when liquidation electronics are a core part of your sourcing.

Treat liquidation sourcing as a supply chain, not a one-off purchase. Ordering smaller, more frequent lots gives you faster feedback on what sells and at what grade, compared to committing your full budget to a single large order.
Diversify across categories cautiously. Mixed-electronics lots can be a good way to test new categories without committing fully, but mono-category lots (all iPhone, all Galaxy) are usually easier to price and move quickly because your buyer pool already knows what they're looking for.
Build your margin model around a realistic sell-through rate, not a best case. Some portion of any lot — especially lower grades — will take longer to sell or need to be parted out, and your cash flow planning should account for that from the start.
