How to Evaluate a Bulk Electronics Lot Before You Buy
A practical checklist for assessing unit count, condition mix, and included accessories before committing to a wholesale order.

Every lot listing should answer the same basic questions: how many units, what condition grades make up the lot, what's included with each unit, and what the minimum order quantity is. If a listing is missing any of these, ask before you buy — don't assume.
Condition breakdowns matter more than headline pricing. A lot priced lower per unit but weighted toward 'for parts' condition can cost more time and money to resell than a slightly pricier lot in mostly good condition. Work out your own cost-per-sellable-unit before comparing two offers on price alone.
Accessories are easy to overlook and easy to overpromise. Confirm explicitly whether cables, chargers, or original packaging are included, and whether that's guaranteed per unit or 'where available.' Treat anything not explicitly guaranteed as not included when you build your resale math.
Finally, clarify shipping and delivery terms up front — palletized freight has different handling requirements than parcel shipping, and lead times vary. A reliable wholesale partner will confirm these details at the quote stage rather than after you've paid.
